Onna Ju-Jitsu Club provides a structured approach to learning following a syllabus approved by the British Ju-Jitsu Association . The ONNA Syllabus consists of both Junior and Senior syllabuses depending on the age and ability of student. Generally if a student is under the age of 16 years they are considered to be a Junior, however the coach has discretion on the actual syllabus taught after assessing the student's ability and considering group dynamics.
Being part of the art for a short time or a lifetime provides benefits that extend far beyond those of selfdefence, for they are useful attributes in daily life as well. Benefits include:
