I have competed at  both club and National Championships and in 2016 I won a Bronze medal for Continuous Fighting in my weight category.  I have also won a Gold medal at the Onna Ju-Jitsu Club Championships in 2017 in the Empty Hands Kata and 2 Silver medals for Continuous Fighting and Ground Fighting.  Training with Onna Ju-Jitsu Club has given me the courage and knowledge to compete.
